If you are considering buying a property as a co-owner and want to bring your pet with you, it is essential to check the rules and regulations of the property before making a decision.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/div>\n<p>These rules can be found in documents such as covenants in building regulations and they can include regulations on the size, breed and noise level of pets. Additionally, pets that make excessive or persistent noise may be considered a nuisance and may be subject to noise complaints and citations. These types of bylaws are often put in place to protect the peace and quiet of a residential neighborhood and to prevent conflict between neighbors.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/div>\n<p>As a real estate broker, it is my job to find the information you need to determine if a particular property will allow your pet. If you own a pet and are considering moving, it is important to research and understand any size or noise regulations that may apply to your pet.
